Sales
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Develop sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
Work closely with our production and design teams to deliver customer solutions
Prior experience in B2B or print/packaging sales is a plus
Customer Service / Account Management
Serve as the main point of contact for customers
Coordinate orders from start to finish and ensure on-time delivery
Communicate with production and sales teams to meet client expectations
Strong communication and organizational skills required
Production / Manufacturing
Operate and maintain high-end printing, finishing, or cutting equipment
Follow job specifications and quality control standards
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
Experience in flexographic or digital printing a plus
Accounting / Administration
Process invoices, payments, and financial reports
Maintain accurate records and support management with financial analysis
Assist with payroll, purchasing, and office operations
Attention to detail and proficiency with accounting software preferred
